FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SHIPPING:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12 p.m. EST are fulfilled and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays are fulfilled and shipped the next business day. Shipping rates and estimated delivery time depend on the state.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

For orders over $350 we require a signature for delivery.

RETURNS:

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS

Yes! We gladly accept returns of new, unused, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging, tags and stickers. Your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method.

CAN SWIMWEAR BE RETURNED?

Yes, swimwear may only be returned if it has been unworn, with tags and sanitary liners attached. Any order not returned in its original condition will be returned to sender.

HOW DO I GET MY RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

Hopper Island will include a prepaid return label with your order. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

WHAT NON-PROFITS ARE YOU PARTNERED WITH?

Hopper Island is partnered with Save The Manatee Club, One Tree Planted, and The Coral Restoration Foundation.

ARE MY CHANGE POINTS REFUNDED IF I MAKE A RETURN?

No. CHANGE POINTS have already been donated to our partner non-profits and are not able to be refunded to your account.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO DONATE MY CHANGE POINTS?

No! We will choose a partner non-profit on your behalf and donate your CHANGE POINTS.

ARE MY CHANGE POINTS TAX DEDUCTABLE?

No, your CHANGE POINTS donation is not tax deductible.

WHERE ARE YOU PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Hopper Island, Inc. clothing is designed in North America and hand-sewn in Colombia. The sewing house that we partner with uses solar energy and hires single women/heads of households.

ARE YOU PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes! Some of our fabrics are produced from recycled water bottles. All of our fabrics are manufactured and dyed in Colombia to reduce our carbon footprint.

ARE YOUR FABRIC PRINTS ONE OF A KIND?

Yes! All the elements of our prints are inspired by nature, painted by a talented local artist, and designed and digitized in-house. Click here to learn more about our inspiration and design process.
