Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm EST are fulfilled and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are fulfilled & shipped the next business day.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery time depends on the state.
Any orders placed utilizing our FREE SHIPPING promotion will be shipped via FedEx Ground/ FedEx Home Delivery.
We currently ship to the contiguous Unites States excluding Alaska and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/ FPO military addresses.
For orders over $350 we require a signature for delivery.
Hopper Island, Inc is not responsible for carrier or delivery delays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

As always, we gladly accept returns of new, unused, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging, tags and stickers.
Swimwear may only be returned if it has been unworn, tags and sanitary liners attached.
Any order not returned in its original condition will be returned to sender.
Hopper Island will include a prepaid return label with your order. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Change Points will not be refunded to your account when a return is made.
Return and Exchange requests can be made by emailing us at info@hopperisland.com and please include your order number and the item that needs to be returned or exchanged.
